Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi

Garlic, lemon, butter, and white wine make up the sauce for this classic pasta dish. It feels fancy but comes together in 15 minutes.

  1. Boil linguine in salted water. Reserve some pasta water.
  2. Sauté shrimp in butter and olive oil. Remove shrimp.
  3. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes. Deglaze with white wine and lemon juice.
  4. Add pasta and shrimp back to the pan. Toss with parsley and lemon zest.
