BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow-cooked pork shoulder that falls apart with a fork. Mixed with tangy BBQ sauce and served on a soft bun with coleslaw.

  1. Rub pork shoulder with spice rub (paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder).
  2. Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low until tender.
  3. Shred meat and toss with BBQ sauce.
  4. Pile onto buns and top with coleslaw.
