Baja Fish Tacos

Lightly battered white fish served in soft tortillas with a crunchy cabbage slaw and creamy lime crema. A taste of Baja California.

  1. Make a batter with flour, spices, and beer or sparkling water. Dip fish strips in batter.
  2. Fry fish in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  3. Mix shredded cabbage with lime juice and mayo for the slaw.
  4. Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, and a drizzle of crema.
