Crispy chickpea fritters wrapped in warm pita with fresh veggies and tahini sauce. A healthy and satisfying vegetarian lunch.

  1. Blend soaked chickpeas with herbs and spices. Form into balls and fry until golden.
  2. Warm the pita bread.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and falafel on the pita.
  4. Drizzle generously with tahini dressing and roll up tightly.
