Crispy Chicken Parmesan

Golden fried chicken cutlets topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese. A family favorite served over spaghetti.

  1. Pound chicken breasts thin. Dredge in flour, egg, and parmesan breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Top each cutlet with marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella.
  4. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve over pasta.
