Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Tender strips of beef in a rich sour cream and mushroom sauce. Best served over egg noodles for the ultimate comfort meal.

  1. Sear beef strips quickly in a hot pan. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter until browned.
  3. Stir in beef broth and simmer. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  4. Return beef to the pan to warm through. Serve over boiled egg noodles.
