The best use for overripe bananas. This bread is incredibly moist, sweet, and comforting. Toast a slice for breakfast or enjoy as a snack.

  1. Mash ripe bananas with melted butter.
  2. Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes.
